I've gave myself actual black eyes multiple times because I hate my face so much

There's been a few times where I get such brutal reactions from people towards my appearance and where I've flat out been called ugly online and I get sick overcome with emotions and anger that I just start absolutely punching the shit out of my face over and over as hard as I can because I hate it so much and her so angry at it for looking the way it does and causing such negative reactions from people, two times it happened in front of my mum and she had to try and restrain me because I wouldn't stop, I ended up having two serious black eyes I looked like a swollen racoon

I've done similar things to myself before when I was younger. luckily now in my 30s I don't do that kind of stuff anymore. I'm more regulated, or at least motivated by the fact that it will only make my appearance worse.
