Gonna steadily drop bodyfat over the next week by doing this and go from 15% and finally see what i look like at ~10-11%

Never been below 15% before(overweight my whole life), i have adhd which makes not eating for a long time easy

Currently low ltn facially(been sub4 whole life) hoping to reach mid ltn+

Getting LL in the next few years soon at 5'8 in the hopes of ascending(will leave this place forever if it comes to fruition)

I have a very small social circle at uni atm despite being nd, will try everything from the doctors to calm my adhd down and talk to foids normally on camus(I've done it tons in the past but i either got ignored or harshly rejected)
 
How do people know their exact body fat? I have no idea
 
I walked for 5 hours straight once when i was trying to lose weight
 
15% is pretty good, it’s hard to get to 10-11 without looking like you got cancer
