Some people build muscle a lot easier than others tbh, and unless you're underweight gaining any fat isn't really desirable.
 
idk, years ago i was low weight at 180cm 65kg, now i am 90kg, feels better than being twink tier
i would love to know how being skinny feels like, i think you feel better, look better, more easy to walk, i also heard that your dick even becomes bigger.

OP is low IQ. If you're an extreme ectomorph, no amount of eating is gonna make you larger, other than accumulating fat around the belly (skinnyfat).

Ectomorph/endomorph theory is massive cope. Most hardgainers simply have reduced apetites and don't eat as much. Unless you have some hormonal issue you will gain fat as long as you're eating in calorie surplus over extended period of time.

Why would you want to gain fat though? Skinnycels need to start gymcelling on top of eating more.

This wasn't the point of my post. I said that there is no real way of eating in calorie surplus and not gaining fat. When it comes to muscle gains you need to eat in surplus and quality food on top of that all, plus work out consistently.
 
I literally LDAR and eat junk food all day and haven’t gained much if any weight. I don’t exercise at all.

Considering how shit my diet is you’d think i’d have put on at least some fat right? No.

Still 120. Maybe my body composition has changed and I lost some muscle and didn’t notice but tbh I look just as frail and weak as usual.

Beyond cope tbh. Frampill goes hand in hand with the heightpill. Having robust masculine frame is extremely important for guys 5’8+.

Was former fatcel in middle school. Its a trick of the eye/perspective. Losing fat accentuates your dick, similar to how shaving off pubic hair does. Gaining muscle or losing fat results in more testosterone and that may also result in a firmer erection.

Though it doesn't really matter since we will never get to use it anyway.

Fuck you GrAYfag. I’m a literal twig despite stuffing my face with 3500+ calories a day. I’m still like 60kg at 173 after YEARS of going to the gym and getting plenty of protein.
