In the past, I would usually goon once or twice a week. Maybe even less than that. Whether I was trying NoFap or not didn't change the frequency. In the past week however, I've been gooning 2-3 times a day and it feels so fucking good everytime. When I was a NoFap coper, I would be overwhelmed with shame and guilt after each nut but I don't feel that anymore. Ironically, I feel much better and have a more clearer mind than I did when I was a NoFap coper.
