I've been looking at the mirror, my face and my arms and even my legs were looking very "healthy" lately(fat).

I just weighed in 160lbs :feelscry:, I use to be ~150lbs.(5'8)

I've gained like 10lbs. It's over for me, 20%+ BF

Food is a great cope,if you know that it's already over for you

I enjoy junk food as well one of my best copes but it's best to not let it overwhelm you. But as long you keep track of your caloric intake you could eat it everyday and still lose weight so it's just a matter of how much you eat in the end.

That's basically what i'm doing, and i have to sat, it works just fine.

I put on 1kg in the last week. I cope by telling myself it's muscle gain. I have been working out but it's probably fat.

It's not over (because of that), you can definitely lose fat. Eat healthier and lift heavy.

So have I junk food is so hard to lay off of

Well my baseline was malnourished protein deficient vegan. So I look normal currently, even with the minor weight gain, I just got a tiny bit of cushioning on my bones.I actually look better.

Just focus on eating nourishing food in reasonable amounts and lifting heavy. Don't follow the scale from week to week or even month to month. Health is a long-term game.

160 lbs for 5'8 isn't unreasonable. You seem to believe it's mostly fat, and I'll trust you because you know your body. But don't obsess over that number on the scale, 160 pounds or even 180 pounds could be absolutely fine. Just focus on getting more muscular. Eat nourishing whole foods (preferably with at least a little animal fat, but I digress) and lift heavy. Over the long period that always works.

I also gained like 10 lbs

That's all I eat now. It's the only luxury I can have in life. I can't get a girlfriend, I am ugly, I have no money, I live in a shitty deserted city, I am unhealthy, I have no job, no car, etc. So if I stopped eating junk food, I'd have literally no good thing in my life and would just kill myself

I am a whole food vegan, eating healthy isn't a punishment. Eating primarily healthy, whole food, with a tiny bit of junk food is probably the ideal route.

And eating primarily a junk food western diet, is a sure way to completely eliminate any chances of "ascension"

When I make a YouTube channel, i will definitely make a couple practical of videos on nutrition on what to eat.

Food is a good cope bro

That's good that you're healthy bro. I wish I liked healthy foods but to me they just taste ugly. I have nothing to live for and will be alone forever so I confide in energy drinks, junk foods, movies and vidya. All my major copes tbh

I weigh about as much as you at 13-15% bf and only an inch taller if even that. You can cut off those 10 pounds in 6-8 weeks, then gymcel your way back up to 160 so you can eat whatever you're eating now without suffering a 20%+ bf dad bod.

And I hate to break it to you, but you won't make it on Youtube teaching health or nutrition as a skinnyfat guy. You might get away with being skinny if you're good at coming across as intellectual.

I'm not skinny fat and I'm not sure what my actual body fat % is, I won't be teaching nutrition. I look fairly well proportional all around(despite being framecel),also despite being completely sedentary.

I don't eat dairy, oil, meat, and no sugary drinks..so I don't have that layer of fat that flesh eaters have as result of consuming animal products. Even hardcore gymcel flesheaters have that disgusting layer of fat.

And I may start gymceling with an atlas stone/strongman type of routine(with proportional lighter weights), im not going to do regular gym, and jerk off with machines and dumbles 4-5 times a week. I can't stick to anything that is "half way" or easy, I can only immerse myself that are very difficult, this is just how I am, I can only live in the extremes.

If you're 160 lbs at 5'8'' with zero muscle, you're probably skinny fat, so you probably have good even fat distribution if you're really well proportioned. Either that, or you have a very robust skeletal frame, which you can measure by plugging your height and wrist circumference into this calculator: http://touchcalc.com/calculators/height_wrist

Ok ok, I might be what you guys refer to as fat.
But I don't like that word, it has negative connotations tied to it, I prefer to be called Plus Size. Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, and the fact that my waist line is now 35 inches doesn't somehow make me less of a human being. I am just as good as someone who ate responsibly and went to the gym 5 days a week, while I sat on my fat ass and ate Apple Pie and pizza.

But I swear it's my metabolism, and not the fact that ate a whole apple pie for dessert, had sugary drinks, ate out at taco-bell for the last 2 months, had two pizzas in the last month...its all because of my metabolism.

Thank you for understanding.

You better turn back before it's too late man. 2 years ago I was at a healthy BMI. Now I'm 40 lbs overweight, because I starting using food as a cope.

Trying to lose it is a bitch.
