As most of you know, looksmaxing only helps in specific scenarios.

Some of these include:
- fatcel --> bulk then cut to 5-8% bf
- acnecel --> accutane or something similar
- jawlets --> grow beard
- heightcels --> LL or just wear lifts (although height is very small difference maker)
- baldcel --> finasteride, biotin, or hair transplant
- nosecel --> $5000 nosejob and you're good

Any others I'm forgetting? I suppose nigs can run bbc game and lift, but anything real?
 
There was a post of a scientific article on Reddit a few days ago saying that 'perceived strength' was 70% of male bodily attractiveness, and that perceived strength correlated highly with strength, and that there was no cap on how strong you could be. The bigger your muscles, the better off you'll be. 

The lower your body fat, the better you'll be. 

But if women only like men in the top 20th percentile, and in a year of weight lifting you can go from 5th percentile to 50th percentile, then sure, you've moved a long way, but no one wants to fuck you still. You're now a beta-bux candidate.

i think thats just cope. Some people look better with fat in their faces to hide their asymetrical chin or uneven jaw. I am currently at 22% bf, so i would get 1 point higher if i would cut down to 10% or what?

Noob gains are just that, noob gains. You gain a lot more muscle when you start working out and you can gain in a deficit at the start, then it slows down. If you need to diet for 3-4 months, then I don't see why you would waste time bulking first when you can build muscle for a solid 1-2 months in a deficit.

3. finasteride has catastrophic side effects.

Finasteride has done shit for me, Biotin only made fingernails grow faster. Hair transplant is next when I have 15k saved up.

I also think lifts are legit for those who are already 5'10+. i'm 6'1 raw and i mog pretty much everyone with lifts tbh (many asians around here tho)

1 depends on your case. if you're chubby and/or extremely low t, then yea, not gonna help with that (but it doesn't mean you're going to look *worse*, worth noting). beard does save many people if done properly, however. just look for soem transformations.

3. the negative effects are overhyped. it's fine for most people
