ITT I prove why reducing water retention won't help your face

Recently, there's been a bit of cope gong round. It goes like this. Drop your sodium, that'll reduce your water retention, and his will result in your face being less bloated. You'll now be less unattractive, and potentially even be able to ascend to normie tier. I'm now going to prove this is BULLSHIT.

I've been on the keto diet for 3 days. For those who don't know what keto is, it's a diet where you eat few/no carbs, which results in water not being retained by the body (as carbs basically make the body hold water). For those who says 3 days isn't long enough - it certainly is to drop your water weight, which is what this thread is discussing.

Here's the proof.

Before I was on keto (i.e. when I was retaining water): https://imgur.com/a/fdeqj

Can you see any difference? Of course you fucking can't! That's because, contrary to what copers will tell you, Chad slayer bones are BIG, and won't be be obscured by a bit of water retention. You don't just lose your water then have a chiseled face - in face, it'll make no fucking difference at all because your problem isn't water retention, it's that your BONES are recessed.

So feel free to add extra salt to your chips and eat as many carbs as you like - it's over anyway, no matter what you do.

Of course, I always knew this would happen, since I'm not on keto for the apparent low bloat, but cos it allows me to eat very little and not be hungry which saves me money. But it's good to provide some proof that water retention is bollocks, if your bone structure is good water retention won't cover it up. And if a bit of water covers your bones up, I've got bad news for you about your structure...

- Facial bones. Easily 70% of incels.

- Turbo manlets. Better face won't help them.

FUCKING THIS! It's ALL about your bone structure, my man. My cheekbones are fucking tiny, recessed and my jaw is narrow as fuck. I'm already at a low bodyfat but I've decided fuck it, I'm gonna eat whatever the fuck I want now. It's well and truly over, no joke.

Keto is high fat and protein and low carb, that might be the single worst thing for your heart and arteries. Thank god you arn't doing it long-term. Keto priorities meat,saturated fats and oil and leave out grains and fruit, as in you will grow manboobs and have a round face. Your anecdotal claim is encouraging others to not diet and not better themselves.

Water loss occurs within the first 24-72 hours. Obviously not much fat loss occurs in that time but I'm far from overweight to begin with. Water retention is COPE.

try it out if you can, like I said if you live in hostel you might as well take a week out sometime to give this a shot
you look quite young you should try this stuff out while you're young, it's best

you can even check out the nice museums and stuff if you're bored otherwise

The water loss doesn' take anywhere near a month. Once the glycogen leaves your muscles (caused by dropping of carbs) you lose the water.

It's not about weight loss - read the thread ffs. It's about the water retention - which will be gone within a few days of starting keto. 

To be clear - I used keto to drop 16kg before. I know it works for fat loss. I'm 56kg now rather than 71kg because of it.

BIT the water loss thing leaning your face out is nothing more than massive cope
