Recently, there's been a bit of cope gong round. It goes like this. Drop your sodium, that'll reduce your water retention, and his will result in your face being less bloated. You'll now be less unattractive, and potentially even be able to ascend to normie tier. I'm now going to prove this is BULLSHIT.
I've been on the keto diet for 3 days. For those who don't know what keto is, it's a diet where you eat few/no carbs, which results in water not being retained by the body (as carbs basically make the body hold water). For those who says 3 days isn't long enough - it certainly is to drop your water weight, which is what this thread is discussing.
Here's the proof.

Can you see any difference? Of course you fucking can't! That's because, contrary to what copers will tell you, Chad slayer bones are BIG, and won't be be obscured by a bit of water retention. You don't just lose your water then have a chiseled face - in face, it'll make no fucking difference at all because your problem isn't water retention, it's that your BONES are recessed.
So feel free to add extra salt to your chips and eat as many carbs as you like - it's over anyway, no matter what you do.
