Media has brainwashed the population over several decades. Now men's bodies are held to unrealistic standards.
I laugh when I see feminists using this argument for females. They have to do what? Not be fat pigs? Put on a little makeup? That's it.
But men are expected to spend multiple hours every week doing arduous exercise. Boring, difficult, tiring exercises day in day out for years.
And that by itself might have been fine. BUT, standards have gotten so high that the average guy going to the gym will look like he's barely doing anything. No, you need to go above and beyond for it to be even noticeable you actually go to the gym.
Being a male in the 21st century sure is fun. Expected to work for 8 hours (usually more if you want to ever be promoted + commute), then go to the gym. Ohh but wait, that's not enough, that just makes you ... bland. You have to be interesting too, you have to have a social life, friends, a social circle, hobbies etc...
