I never even thought about it as a kid but it is something that affects you every single day. whether you are tall or short...still affected by your height. LOL at getting a Harvard degree if you can't even get a job let alone date because you aren't tall enough.

wish I would have known this as a teenager. woulda worked at Mcdonalds to buy growth hormone tbh.

Yeah man. The first thing I did when I learned of the importance of height was go and get my wrists x rayed and sure enough my growth plates had already closed.. it was too late. Now I need LL.. I wish my dad actually did something useful like getting me HGH instead of making me be non-NT and focus on grades virtually guaranteeing that I’d be a bullied virgin all throughout school.. it was hell, and it’s still hell

I'm not gonna say height is the most important thing in the universe. But you bring up something interesting in focusing on grades....no one can see them and secondly no one cares. In fact unless you work at a STEM focused job people will actually look down on you for being smart. Mainly because it makes them feel dumb (I've been told at work that I need to be more sensitive to how I address others ...mainly because if I see something is wrong i don't wait till it goes bad...I mention it right away! most people cross their fingers and hope for the best).
