This is old, I'm pretty sure.

I do think we treat both non-offenders and even offenders in this category too poorly, oftentimes. I know that sounds bad but hear me out lol

Non-offenders should just be left alone because otherwise it's thought crime isn't it.

Offenders... sure jail them but don't let them get attacked or killed in jail if you can help it. Because that's not really supposed to be part of their sentence is it.

Also the sentencing seems really weird sometimes. Some of the quite bad offenders on Chris Hansen's shows got very short sentences, meanwhile Mr Double is in jail for FORTY YEARS over fictional stories.

Seems crazy to me.
