Actually, his situation is worst. Because he is in a extremely bad situation in life but yet he's in full denial. He's 42, 5'9, over 245lbs, works food app delivery, and living in his car. Incel for 6-10 years now and going.

He is saying that he chose to be in this situation yet he can't even get out of it because he is deluding himself with the lottery. Its a stupid man's tax to help fund CA public schools. This man is talking shit about single mothers and not wanting to raise another man's children, yet he's literally spending all of his money on the lottery which a portion of the proceeds goes to fund public schools all throughout California.
