200g of protein every day. Never missed a workout. I'm 6'2" 200 lbs and I can barely bench half my weight. I've also only increased my dumbbell curls from 15 pounds to 25 pounds. ZERO positive noticeable difference in my body, in fact I look worse because I've gained a gut from trying to "bulk".

Damn. It took me years to bench my own body weight :'(

Thats why natty gymcelling is useless for low T guys with a bad bone Density.

It is almost impossible to gain strength if you have low T, i cant even do 3 pushups in a row

The Problem is that as an natty you're literally forced to lift heavy, otherwise you wont gain any muscle

Get your Levels checked, then get some Testo E or Dianabol, anavar

Turinabol is very good, because it has low side effects

I bench just over half my body weight and I've been gymceling since February. I have missed workouts and haven't focused on diet at all

i call super bullshit

i literally see a 70+ year old female senior citizen press the bar with 25 lb plates each side like twice a week with no difficulty

Don't be ashamed. I could barely press the bar at first. I have small hands with short fingers. I got up to 135 lbs in a few months

It took me 2 years to bench from 4x12 65 to 4x12 135. That was still 70 pounds less than my bodyweight when I was lifting, and I don't got a damn clue on how the lankier dudes at my gym benched more than me. My weak bench is a part of what killed my self esteem and what ultimately stopped me from going to the gym (besides feeling negatively judged by all the femoids there and severe respiratory problems from the shitty air).

Pretty sure the weak shoulder area is genetic. Hell I was able to bicep curl 30lbs with each arm for 4x12, and was able to row 215 4x12.

It is genetic, but it is also because of hormones

you got probably a weak bone density and low T levels

there are tons of roids which can give you crazy strength gains

I don't know, I think I'm pretty high-T, especially because of muh deep voice and I have an naturally overt hypermasculine personality in general.

A Deep voice isnt a indicator for high testosterone

Theres DHT which is pure androgenic and then theres anabolic testosterone

Androgen = deeper voice, oily Skin, baldness, stronger Body hair growth

Anabolic = growth of bone, tissue and muscle

Does bone density do anything? (I think I have really low bone density)

215 strict pendlay row? and a 135lbs bench? Sounds strange to me man. If you have that kind of back strength, benching anything less than 225 for reps doesn't make sense. Unless you're cheat rowing/doing Yates rows.

Okay, so you went from 45 pounds to 135 pounds in a few months. I've been at it for 5 months and I went from 60 to 100.
