Don't be a lazy degenerate, brah etc." Six months later, I am still a laughable loser. I got 500 upvotes and gold. This reminds me of incel Toms who get thousands of upvotes on IT for renouncing their inceldom despite remaining virgins. It fits the description of most subs really (minus the pseudoscience cult part).

The easiest way to get fuck tons of karma on almost any sub is to go along with the subreddit's circlejerk and make posts that appeal to the lowest common denominator. A low effort meme will always get vastly more upvotes than a well thought out post or story, and a one liner strawman sarcastically mocking the other side will always get more upvotes than a well thought out argument with citations.

Even /r/incels was no exception to this. I lost count of how many times that pic of a roast beef sandwich (used as a metaphor for a vagina) got upvoted to the top.

That's one of the many reasons I like incels.is way better than /r/incels.
