I don't think I've seen any men on tinder actually be lean in their current pics. I've seen thousands of matches via tinder experiments.

Best I've seen was a few guys who peaked while lean but returned to bloat maxxing or back to 15%. Average chaddy guy is around 12 to 15% with a large frame.

So obviously being 10% or below is extremely hard and extremely rare.

So should you do it? Well, you probably can't or if you do, your hormones would tank and you wouldn't get your dick hard anyway.

Note: 10% bodyfat in this context is a legit ripped, DEXA scan, leans on abs ripped

It's TOUGH to get lower and lead a regular life honestly. It's a ton of work cooking and hitting the gym just being reasonably in shape.

i guess it comes down to is it worth feeling like shit endlessly to look better for chad chasing foids?

This is where genetics come into play. Chad stays under 15% year-round because he's genetically gifted with high T and a large frame. Incels have to work hard to stay under 15%, and we have to abstain from participating in the gluttonous post-war culture, which limits our already paltry ability to make friends and penetrate social circles.

Honestly? No.
I have to abstain from a lot, and it doesn't take away from me personally because I want to be healthy and live a long life, but my mental state is awful with me constantly criticizing myself and torturing myself day in and out, for?

It's not like I'm inadequate.

I'm more fit, and have a ton to offer compared to a lot of ladies (in my experience).

It's just entitled ladies.

Or am I just coping lol.

Anyone around 10% will have striations and visible veins in places such as chest and abs.

The picture of the first guy is more like 13%.

Read the website. I've never seen that depth of analysis before so I go with that as my reference. He analyzes exactly where striations begin in detail.

In terms of dexa analysis I find that is highly variable. Some people tend to score much higher or lower than what is reasonably expected because they store more fat internally etc.

I still think that site looks like a good reference. I come in now at 12% by calipers and 13-14% by bioimpedance and I match that range in the picture series.

I might get dexa done when I reach my goal which is about the 10% range and 10-15 lb more muscle. Perhaps 3-6 months from now at this pace.

You can gain over 1 lean pound a week on test-e when you're tiny and nowhere near your potential yet. I gained over 3 lb in the past 3 weeks and it's not totally clean but it's not bad either. I still have some ab definition. Another 10 lb gaining to go then I will cut again and maybe one more bulk/cut to finish.

My goal body is somewhere between:

Which is doable on test-e only. More towards Tobey Maguire than Marky Mark is fine with me. I just want to be able to run topless game on Tinder. I think it's the best cope I can do at this point.

I know what you mean about the DEXA scans on bodybuilders. In the end, I have seen so much variation from one bodybuilder to another, I don't know how much it really matters. The only fat that matters is the visible fat. So if you're storing more fat inside your abdomen for example who even cares? In that respect, the calipers are actually what is measuring the most important thing - how much fat do you have on the outside. Ie. What is visible?

Anyone in the body range between the two guys above I think can get women on Tinder unless you're a 2/10 or less facially.

You might need to run an extra compound if you want to get to that nice, hard and grainy look. But I reckon you can pull off a impressive physique with test.

At the end of the day you should rely on a dexa scan for a rough body fat estimation and what parts of your body genetically store more fat than others. Or how your body fat is distributed across your body and how fast your metabolism is. It just has more benefits than traditional methods. Anyways you know this since I assume you are going to get one.

I have a very low % of body fat and I can't get a single tinder match that doesn't unmatch me 10 seconds later.
 
I used one of the machines that were in my gym class in college last year and got 8% but only because of my syndrome

I did NOT look like any of those ripped guys though

Low body fat fags are weak as hell. Between 15-20% body fat is best for strength while still being in good shape.
