It’s over if you have more than 1 eviction nobody will wanna rent to you if you have multiple evictions because it’s a bad look they’ll think you’re Incompetent and reliable and reject you for that the less evictions the better 0 evictions is God status if you have 0 evictions you likely have a good credit score which landlords like to see you’ll be able to get a lot of good houses and apartments 1 eviction Isn’t God status but it’s also not terrible some landlords will discriminate against you for this but most will understand stuff happens and let it slide once you reach 2 that’s the it’s over territory at this point you like have a bad credit score and many landlords will be reluctant to rent to you you gotta have either 1 or 0 evictions or else it’s over
