Dunno about state to state shipping policies but there's a chance they'll open his shit and find the weed in his shit no? If he has to go out of state it means it's illegal in his state to smoke weed

if your in the usa anything shipped via the USPS can't be just opened without a warrant, i've had cross state shipments of weed just fine for years now been ordering online even before my state become legal and still do its just cheaper when you can buy distillite in bulk

it is technically going through the hemp exclusion though so even if its caught in the mail you'll get no real charges if you just leave the notice you get alone

I never read into shipping laws in the US, just assumed they'd open packages with any suspicion based off random internet stories. Gonna look into this.

nah unless your ordering out of the country they don't typically have the ability to check your package. It does change though if things are shipped I think with other carriers like FedEx, DHL or UPS. if you need help finding places to order from i can message you a few
