I wish it was, but I recall the same when Artificial Girl 2 appeared, and here we still have nothing. Gynoids are still miles and miles away, all AI seems to be developing for cloud use (which means good jolly fucking luck to get one that suits you and not google, and won't spy on you — even when AI will really be a thing), so the best one can hope for the time being, in terms of relief, is VR porn. Other than that, there are hookers.
