Is the point that Russia is a shit country to live in? If so, then of course. Every country where lgbt is looked down upon is a shithole, any country that allows it is a shithole, every country is a shithole to varying degrees and for reasons that may overlap but not completely so. Those lgbt people can't be dealt with by individuals anyways, there needs to be some sort of societal shift or something.
