They are plenty of russian pornographic and torrent sites out there, even if all the popular sites block acess for russian, they will still get acess to porn, but with few extra steps. It's just an empty gesture. Pornography is too wide spread on the internet, foreign comapny don't have that much power yet, to cut off russia form pornographic content.
