Dimorphic:

He looks like a man but he also has very sharp features that no woman has like that jaw, those eyes, the skull shape. Definately slays.

Masculine means that you looks like a guy. You don't look feminine. Being dimorphic means that you have features that are exclusive to males and very rare on women. These features give you a raw sex appeal on top of looking masculine.

Looking sharp just means that you have prominent facial bones and a lean face, both males and females can look sharp.

For example if a male looked like the average female, you could say he has zero dimorphism, ie the difference in appearance is zero. If someone is drasticaclly different from the average female then you could call him 'very dimorphic'.

Humans are dimorphic, because males and females have different sexual and behavioral charasteristics beyond their sexual organs, right? You cannot say stuff like "that guy is 0 dimorphic", because then he wouldn't be a guy but some intersex person. I know you're using it as slang, but it makes no sense. The word doesn't say anything about someone's masculinity or femininity because both sexes are dimorphic. 

You can simply say "androgynous" or "masculine" or "feminine" to describe someone's sexual appearance, and it would be a much more accurate description.
