I mean some people might call me cucked for this but every single time I was angry throughout my life things just ended up getting worse for me. That's how I found out that being angry is a very unproductive emotion. Like, for anything else--I was a very angry kid and didn't really have much emotional control to the point I just broke stuff when angry and shit and lashed out at others, but I guess now I don't do any of that anymore (atleast more than before). Some of you could say that's learned passivity but I believe it to be self-restraint.

It's just going to make you more of a target for bullying and make you less trustworthy. People are easier to trust when they're nice and I guess even that is the same over here.

Obviously you can call out stupid shit when you feel like it but it's too easy to get carried away and go too far. All about self-restraint.

cucked, your bullies have high self esteem because their anger led them to crush you

My bullies were female only/mostly and I still don't understand why they were so angry at me. Prob cuz I was smart and shit and they weren't.

Actually yeah that's cope. I don't understand bully mentality.

I remember noticing this as a kid. People look to get a reaction out of you and if you don't really give one they'll be more likely to leave you alone

Same here. Getting angry only ever led to more pain and bullying. Over time, I’ve grown numb to that emotion and now try to avoid people altogether. Being an Incel in social settings often feels like setting yourself up to fail. Almost every time I interact with others, I’m met with disrespect—and when I respond, it only results in being ridiculed or even physically hurt. So eventually, I just stopped talking to people altogether. It felt safer that way.
