I made a main part to this but another thing I'd like to add is that they get incredibly worked up about terms like foid to the point even they admit they don't want to listen or understand anymore
They are so emotional that phrasing of what you say has such incredible weight to them, if we actually tryharded and weren't autistic and cared about getting sympathy we definitely could just by manipulating language
Imagine the other way around, a female community about severe female struggles(if they existed) and they used terms like moid and other random shit we weren't familiar with
We would listen and think logically about it and debate it rationally, even if they were racist sexist blah blah whatever label you want to give
The dehumanization of humans from labels from words like foid, woman claim to be sooo against but the second they see incel their brain just switches off and goes full on disabled, this is literally impossible to happen if a male gets called moid
