Tbh. Two weeks ago you would be called crazy for saying coronavirus was serious and will lead to shutdowns, and now people are going overboard and treating it like it's the Black Death. Normies are very susceptible to group think and they do not like to embrace contentious ideas. When the quarantines are eventually lifted before the virus is completely eradicated, normies will then act like they weren't the ones panicking just a few weeks and will just shrug off the virus. It's situations like these that embolden the elite's belief that they can easily manipulate the general populace.

And the damage will be immense. There's no stopping it now, as it's too late to enact the necessary policies to prevent mass job loss and a further deflationary spiral. Our governments are too disorganized and delusional.
