It's downright scary how censored reddit has become.

It's oppressive, really.

Just now I was permabanned from the learnprogramming subreddit. I only ever check it for a few minutes like every few months when I have a tiny bit of a craving to maybe learn programming.

The last time I made a post was like 2 or 3 months ago. And the time before that was even more months ago. Today I make a post saying how I'm in a weird position that programming seems interesting but I have a hard time setting goals and finding a direction usually, and I gave examples of how that's hard for me in other areas of life. And I asked if anyone else was in that position.

And I was permabanned for that post. Literally that, no mention of anything remotely edgy or controversial or mean or anything at all. Here's the cuck mod's message: "How many more times do we need to tell you to read the FAQ as it also has plenty project ideas?

You cannot be advised if you keep ignoring any and all advice, as you previously did on multiple occasions.

As a result of your wrongdoing and ignorance, you are herewith banned from here".

Jesus Christ he made it sound like I spam threads there every few days. Like I said, the last time I posted there was MONTHS ago. It was something somewhat similar I guess but how the fuck can you permaban me for that? Literally many months between postings.

And this is not the first time. Recently I've been banned from another subreddit for some bullshit reason too. I wouldn't mind if I had said anything remotely bad, but these bans are totally blindsiding me, I never ever would have expected them.

It's honestly quite scary how controlled and censored these forums are.

I wouldn't give a shit about reddit but it actually destroyed most other forums, subreddits replacing so many places of discussion, being the main place where you can read about some stuff.

piss on tranny reddit mods

Reddit in general is echo chamber for mentally unwell people and those with power complexes.

Reddit has always been a soy site.

It's upsetting to me, I used to like it, and it had potential, but the community was mostly awful then it got entirely awful, censored and the site itself went to shit with ads and micropurchases.
It needs to die. It's basically holding hostage so many discussion topics. If you want to read some things you have to go to reddit. If you want to ask something specific about some hobby or whatever, your best bet is reddit in many cases.

What would have been hundreds of great and flourishing communities and forums, is now just one tightly controlled and censored site with 10000 different rules even for the most mundane posts.

I think that also depends a lot on the subreddit rules.

Reddit glory years was 2010-2016, since then the site has been full throttle faggotry and tranny jannies. It used to be extremely based.

Power tripping mods, AI that scans for problematic content, r/masstagger that enables SJW reddit users to harass you without even looking up your post history, pre-emptive bans from subs based on activity in 'problematic' subs, one-sided enforcement of content policy that favors women over men

= current reddit.

I agree it's a dystopic hellhole. That site really can't go away fast enough. It's sad though because before the recent banwaves a lot of incels coped through reddit but now are forced to come to incel specific sites like these if they want to cope. It's like being herded into a ghetto.

That's actually a good thing that brocels are forced to come here. Helps keep the culture alive and fresh.

In a way yeah but understandably you like to keep your options open instead of being forced to only be on a select few sites. It's not a good sign that it's gotten this far that incels are forced to come to sites like this if they want to express themselves without getting mocked and trolled.

Yeah, lack of spread is bad for both control reasons and lack of opportunities to gain converts to the blackpill. Still, sites like this, flawed as they are, are excellent places to flesh out theories and bring new guys deeper into the blackpill. Like a temple or monastery.

Me not read it at all

Reddit has some good info on niche hobbies. But the whole site is built in a way that enables power tripping and group mobbing. I never understood reddit gold other then a scam to make the site money. But the soyboys and tranny mods should got commit a 41%.

Good observations. I don't see it dying soon but I really hope it does, that site did so much damage to the internet.

Thanks I appreciate that you also see it.
Already reddit is way worse than even 1 year ago with its naked double standards in favor of women. That site has always been racist against South Asian males though. It's no secret. So reddit has never been great.

Reddit shares the same fate with 4chan, or 4chan died because Reddit killed it?
Either way 4chan and Reddit where was internet culture being born, and died.
