The reason why the majority of girls are at least considered decently attractive is cause there's multiple ways for a girl to be facially attractive. If she has rounder softer features she's cute if she has sharper features shes a runway model. Where as basically the only male face that's considered physically attractive is very chiseled and angular with a sharp jaw. Also body wise a girl can be tall or short and still be attractive to most people skinny or muscular there's just straight up more acceptable body types for a girl. Skinniness is generally disliked in guys
