today i had free day of work and i slept almost whole day over 18hrs of sleeping. Just got up to do some pullups and pushups and eat one meal and now im back in bed and ready for another strong round of sleeping. Its good

7-8hrs per night and 1-2 more hrs when i get home if I dont have any urgent chores to do

I am always tired i could sleep 16hrs per day easily.
