So, I can confirm that females do care about looks. They do call you ugly. Probably the one neutral think I heard about me, when women at work said that I "don't smoke" and "don't swear".
I heard females talking such stuff about me : "I was thinking, OMG", "he's so ugly", "that's the oligophrenic?" etc. None of them discussed my personality.

Women are the by far most evil creatures in existance on Earth - they’re the worst fucking hypocrites and liers, what you mentioned - they ALWAYS talk behind your back and gossip and offend you to make them feel better and more powerful. They’re experts of manipulation and they have literally maintained a parasitic role in society ever since the start.
