Personality is not a trait that you inherit,its(most of the time) a trait you develop through years of practice and experience.
And the very first lesson you will get from any highschool level biology class is that non-inheritable personality is practically worthless in the darwinian game.
They will give you these examples with bonsai trees to make a point about inheritable and artificial traits.

But then you have all these manners of retarded Westerners coming to your face and telling you that this very basic principle is false;that personality actually matters.

Keep in mind that most of these aryans are atheist leftists who keeps gushing on and on with muh science and muh positivism.Upon confronted by these facts they will suddenly out of nowhere pulls up reactionary and classical views about how 'humans are not mere animals' despite them being postmodern consumerists that rejoice on animalistic behaviours incited by state sponsored mass psychology.

Although I am not 100% sure, there is some logic to this. If someone is tall with big frame and handsome it will be more natural for him to become extrovert. If you are more "weak" it is easier to become introvert.
