in May when i was in hospital before surgery they checked my weight and it was 50kg at 172cm (it was morning so i was little taller)

today i checked my weight after 3 months and i lost 8 kilos
its a fucking 42 already

That´s not a good sign.
For your height it should be always around, 52-65Kg
Currently i have 77Kg, and i am doing a good effort in order to lose that extra weight.

I agree Portugal is poor, but hey you get peace in this place.
Practically no terrorists that get International attention, or any thing of that sort.
Where i live is so peaceful and green, and then i got a village obsessed with football and Bull fights, but that´s inside the village.
I live outside of that village.
So no problem for me.

I wouldn´t switch for any other place.
Maybe i would move a bit up North to Serra da Estrela, or Guarda.
They´re very Celtic places.
I live in the Center area, its hot as shit ngl
But here it does NOT snow, see... it is at that cost.
Winter is cold here, but NOT that cold, only up North, or the people that live by the sea side.

For foreigners its easy to learn Brazilian instead of the Real Portuguese.
It´s difficult.
It´s like me trying to learn German for example.
I know a few words and sentences, but i can´t start conversions based on that.

Very easy.if you actually go hard on food you will be 55kg in like 5months.although is unhealthy to gain much weight in such time u should do it at this point.after 55 take it slow and gymaxx
