if i fall asleep it will probably be around 6-7am and i'll wake up at 3-4pm, which is just retarded.

so today i will force myself to stay awake all day so i can go back to my normal sleep cycle.
its gonna be brutal but it's necessary.

I used to do this in college when I wasted a night doing homework, working on a project, etc. It sucks cause I feel like I'm wasting a day since I'm too tired to do anything, but going to sleep during the day will just make my sleep cycle worse
 
Done that so many times to help reset myself to a normal sleep schedule
 
When I'm still awake at that hour I put like 10 alarm clocks on my phone at max volume, set them around 9-10 AM and drop it on the other side of the room. Still awake tired but less than not sleeping at all.

I didn't sleep today either. I was in the rooftop from 10pm to 5pm watching videos and looking at the sky
