Personality plays 0 part in whether a women will find you attractive, a personality that woman likes will never be able to make her like you sexually if you're too ugly to be attractive to her, Personality only plays a part when the woman is already attracted to you sexually. It can make you more attractive or less attractive but that's ONLY if you are your body and face are socially attractive to her. This isn't exclusive to women as men are the exact same way the only different is that men are attracted to women way more then men are attracted to men so yes looks are the only thing that matter in significant amount of cases especially if someone who is a complete scumbag can get girls to literally send him nudes in prison after committing the horrible crime of murdering 2 women for the fun of it (Wade Wilson).

Sure women have different tastes but most of them along within a certain standard, The odds of finding a woman that for example prefers burn victims with horribly disfigured faces is literally next to none, Not to say we are exactly equal to burn victims but were not that far ahead on the average attraction scale.
