People will show pity for you. There are commericals and organizations meant just to help you be a better man or woman in the world. They'll take you places and introduce things into your life that poor wage-slave normies would never get to have on their own. You'll have the parenting via care workers that a lot of us never got to have. Someone will actually care and be happy for you when you acomplish something. Care workers would almost certainly give you hugs if you asked for them, and how many of us get hugs even from our parents, never mind someone that has a chance of being near your own age?
And also with your thoughts so simple you won't know how behind you are. You get to live happily in bliss with whatever crazy thing tickles the brain cells, and you get to stay with your fellows potentially life-long. Instead of being sucked into your own lonely work routine it's almost a never-ending high school, where you are constantly around the same and sometimes new people to potentially court. They'd all be special needs too of course, but you wouldn't know different, right? You wouldn't know how to understand those smarter women in the real world anyway.
