Yep, it’s terrible to be deprived of such a core part of life. That’s why our mental and physical health gets so bad.

Idk about you but I can’t even fall asleep without imagining myself with a gf. I also wake up one or more times a night and struggle to fall back to sleep

You probably found better copes that distract yourself. I also have better copes now than when I was 16. I’m a firm believer in trying to enjoy what you can in life like hobbies and shit. Easier to cope when you aren’t sitting around 24/7 doing nothing
