There are times I'm questioning my own faith, so i understand your struggles and.where you coming from dude. But for me personally, I can't live without some sort of theism in my life.
I don't know if you are open to this sorts of stuff so take it with an extreme grain of salt, but try doing LSD (be extremely careful and cautious though, you are opening yourself to all sorts of entities and realms on it). It's a good temporary cope for me.

Religion is the single best cope a subhuman can have. Turning to islam is a genuine solution, not to inceldom, but to your internal problems. Without Islam, there would be no meaning to our suffering. I would much rather live knowing I will get 72 virgins for putting up with all this. Knowing most of the dwellers of hell will be women.
I remember Rehab Room saying that he doesn’t follow religion (though he has also said that it’s a good cope) because it holds people to the same standards no matter who they are, but it’s the opposite. In Islam, you will be judged based on what God gave you and what you did with it. It is this life that judges you by the same standard as everyone else despite having a different base. Islam gives me solace knowing all this wasn’t for nothing.
I don’t know if Christianity has the same effect, but I would guess it doesn’t. From what I have seen Christianity wouldn’t give the same effect as Islam, but maybe there are some Christians on here who feel differently.

Religion is the best cope because it teaches that you will be compensated for your suffering in the afterlife.
In an atheistic worldview, your suffering is meaningless. You're just a talking ape living on a rock floating in space. You're nothing more than an insignificant animal that doesn't get to pass on it's genes.

The way i see it, atheists are aware they only have one life and therefore try to make the most of it, not being bond to anything. Meanwhile if you are religious, you have to 24/7 think about, if what you eat, wear, drink, the way your speak and much more is okay in your religion. You are basically in a mental prison. Thats why i was and am way happier as atheist, which i was 75% of my life.
I sometimes listen to Orthodox Christianity videos to get away from Lust but other than that I am naturally a reciprocal Man which God could see as revengeful (not my intention).

Most people would rather not dedicate their whole lives into something that most likely will never occur. It's like being an ugly, short autist and invest your whole trying to get a stacy, the chances of it happening are incredibly low, and even then they are still higher than believing there is some reward after death.
