currently israelis see iranians as allies that are trapped under a hostile regime that hates israel. whether or not that's true, all the pro-israeli iranians are more likely gonna do a complete 180 and support their own regime if more of their ilk are killed. which makes it even less likely for an internal revolution in iran and regime change. all the military losses iran has can be rebuilt with time and effort
