There are so many fucking stray cats, some who get pregnant and give birth to kittens they can’t provide for.

Think about the black kittens. Cute little fluff balls who can be saved. But no, because for no rational reason, human beings have adopted a superstition that black cats cause bad luck. So the idea of adopting a black cat of all varieties is cut short by most of the population, leaving them to starve, die, or be euthanized.

Think about how fucked that is - simply being ignorant can cause crippling suffering, pain, or death to another living creature.
