What would need to happen is for every female newborn to undergo hormonal therapy ( HRT ) which would first of all adjust her hormonal balance and much of her emotional/sexual development to fit the pattern of a logical and much less selective male brain. You act like the only solution to inceldom is to somehow change female nature by altering the way their brains are hardwired (through scientific procedures) so that they are no longer attracted to the most genetically superior men, but for most of human history female nature remained as it is, yet majority of men were still able to reproduce due to the societal structure created and implemented by men (the patriarchy) which gave all men a safe and fair chance at sex/reproduction.
