I know religion is man made and god probably doesnt exist. Yet im scared to say it irl and scared to denounce god and jesus christ

It really is, people thousands of years ago were just stupid enough to believe that there was a god to exist and fight for. Religion sort of gave people a purpose to follow in life aside from reproduce to appease and follow some high and mighty being beyond the clouds except not one of the religions can really prove his existence concretely.

I left Islam back in 2017. Even now that it's Ramadan I'm so glad I don't have to fast from dawn to dusk, eat horrible unhealthy food to break my fast and then spend almost 2 hours in the mosque for taraweeh prayer, mindlessly standing next to other men sweating and barfing while listening to the Quran being recited in a language I don't understand jfl
