He only tolerated them for the sake of not making even more enemies, since they both shared a common enemy - The British. That's why he allowed them to serve alongside him during the war but since they were semitic and weren't Aryan he would have probably left the Islamic World alone or would subjugate it like how the British did. It's not really possible for certain what he'd do with them though since he didn't care about them as much he did for Europe though.
