If your index finger is longer you had low T as a fetus.

If your ring finger is longer you are normal
Vote.

Fuck you, provide me with evidence having a smaller ring finger makes you low T, or gtfo.

Ring but it doesn't mean anything OP , stupid thread, 0 evidence...

an ugly guy with high t is just an ogre anyway,

Alek m

They are both the same length pretty much.

I thought mine were too but I layed my hand flat on the table and saw the ring finger was longer

It's how sensitive you were to T in the womb, it doesn't determine how much you have later however, (the right hand is more sensitive usually, but my left ring is longer than right)
Edit: the ring finger on the right hand response more easily to T but it's different for some people, it's only a generalization

Where the hell did you get this idea? We have so much scientifically backed proof on what indicates low and high T, but this is what we are gonna go by?

Back when I was in primary school it was the way to tell who was a bed wetter.
Then when I was in high school it was the way to tell who was gay.
Now it’s how to tell who has high or low testosterone. (Based on a study in the 70s that has since been debunked.)
Finger length is mostly genetic. It doesn’t mean anything.

“If your index finger is longer it’s over bros.” :feelskek:

Just Get Ring Finger Lengthening Surgery Theory

I asked like 10 guys in my class and all had the ring finger longer. Never saw a guy with longer index finger.

Yep, this thread is autism

JFL at the bevy of copers (for what reason? Of all things, it doesn't really matter). 2D:4D ratio is indeed an (not the - there is a correlation, but like a lot body metrics doesn't scale in exact, totally independent proportion with a given causal agent) indicator of prenatal T exposure.

I fucking love science

The relationship is so well established that a team of researchers in Current Year used digit ratio as a proxy for prenatal testosterone exposure.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29907777

we tested whether friendship, social status and prenatal androgen exposure (approximated by the 2nd to 4th digit ratio; 2D:4D) influenced children's prosocial choices.

This might be the most powerful "SOURCE, buddy!" I've ever seen.

Indexcels on suicide watch.

Honestly I’m not that bothered, as my fingers are the correct lengths for an Uberchad. But as if the membership needed more bullshit to feed their neurosis. :feelstastyman:

Also, refuting the idea would be the opposite of a cope. A cope would be saying nobody will ever love you because one of your fingers is the “wrong” length compared to another.

Shouting science don’t make it so, brother.

If anyone was the Lookism type to be measuring and snapping pics of themselves daily, no doubt they'd have already heard of this.

JFL. "Cope" has become so divorced from any semantic meaning that it's apparently taken to mean the exact opposite of what the word actually denotes. Who copes, in the strict sense, by reflecting on their physical inadequacies?

A cope is something like JBW "Theory", where someone can lie to themselves that they're actually superior but for discrimination arising from something artificial or outside of pure esthetics.

Shouting science don’t make it so, brother.

Trust me though, I know it well. However, biological explanations do have their utility in matters of biology.

A science is a contingent prism through which the phenomenological world is beheld, naturally. But there is little opportunity for ideology to interfere in a matter like this. The extent to which our understanding is limited (and it always is) is an open question (does there exist a mechanistic model for this? How well developed?), but a simple relationship like this seems fairly well supported and uncontentious.

Does your test levels as fetus matter?
My index is (notably) longer, but I have also always have above average testosterone.

If you have low T it’s gonna be more obvious than that

Never began for indexcels.

On my left hand, the ring finger is longer. On my right hand, the index finger is longer.

Ring is longer :feelsautistic:

My ring finger is wayyy longer.

Ring..what u think I’m low T?

Fun fact, some evolutionary psychologists intercepted a feminist convention or some shit like that and measured their 2d:4d ratios.. not surprisingly, they had masculine ratios.

MTF trannies have feminine ratios
FTM trannies have masculine ratios

Go figure

Mine are the same length
Never saw a guy with longer index finger.
Tsumugi
Not sure about other guys, it seems awkward to ask and you can't often casually glance.

This is just a bullshit urban legend. Do you believe in astrology too?

no it is actually accurate to some degree.
The ratio of two digits in particular – the palmar 2nd (index finger) and 4th (ring finger) – is supposedly affected by fetal exposure to hormones, in particular to testosterone, and other androgens; this 2D:4D ratio could therefore be considered a crude measure for prenatal androgen exposure, with lower 2D:4D ratios ...

My ring finger is longer :chad:

yeah my index is longer, a lot longer guess i am fucked then

Ring. I'm gonna cope on this one for a while.

Holy fuck
On my left hand my ring is longer, but on my right they are equally long:feelsohgod:

It doesn't, not with adult t levels, but prenatal t levels do affect digit ratios.
