He definitely is. He seems to have the one aspiration of creating a video game, but he is horribly inept at it. I honestly believe he has no intention of finishing the game, but he puts out tidbits here and there to keep the donations rolling in. I won't be surprised if he passes the game onto someone else in 5-10 years when the donations dry up. I don't understand why 4chan was so hyped for this game.
