Haven't read the book, but I have seen a few first seasons of GoT and from what i've seen my verdict is that he's basically an incel by definition, but he's sort of unaware of it or doesn't care.

First of all, he's ugly, second of all, he literally has dwarfism obviously.


But on the other hand he is highly intelligent and comes from a very wealthy and influential family. Which would make you think that would allow him more access to foids, which sure he can afford whores, but that's about it. He still lives a brutal life, in the shadows of his relatives, a wasted potential considering his cunning and intellect and also i'd argue from what i've seen lkeability.
