The average study suggests 5. The tweet though is not incorrect. Women have the ability unless faced with severe most likely self imposed handicaps to have wayyy more partners then a man can. We could potentially be talking into the hundreds. The tweet doesn't mention an average body count, it just states that modern women have a lot more potential to be promiscuous then in the past.
