If you can somehow benefit from this surgery so much that you can become HTN or Chad from it alone, you weren't anything close to being an incel to begin with. The surgery is either essentially useless with minimal gains because you're incredibly short (such as myself, for instance, at 5'3), or its a small increase in your SMV (5'7 to 5'10, for example) at the cost of 150K USD on top of excruciating pain and essential physical therapy.
Many of the userbase here are most likely decent looking traumatized dudes that refuse to take care of themselves which is understandable.
