Zoomers are described as being born in 1997 or later. Think of the most notorious trolls, the users who start shit for no reason, the most hated users, etc. They're all under 30. Compared to the older incels who are much calmer and laid-back, who users don't have a problem with. Is there a reason for this?

IDK, this has probably more to do with fakecels vs trucels than with zoomers vs millennials.
 
As a zoomer myself, I'd say a lot of it pertains to the fact that incel-adjacent zoomer men are all bitter and jaded, myself included, and that's due to a multitude of reasons which are exclusive to this generation. One being that zoomer women treat sub-6 zoomer men like absolute shit, so vehement hatred towards them and extreme edginess is pretty common among our demographic on this website. Some just troll to get their rocks off, but the same reasoning applies.
 
Yes, the more freedom and lack enforcement of societal expectations humans become more of their true selves. Physical manifestation of the devil is humanity.

Probably has more to do with their age and resulting immaturity. The oldest zoomers are well in their mid 20s and the youngest of them is probably just now entering middle school. Someone in their 20s is going to be a lot more mature than someone in their teens, and someone in their 30s or 40s (Millennials and some Gen Xers) is going to be more mature than someone in their 20s.
