I mean I came from 4chan and this place was originally made by people from reddit, so take that as you will.
If you're just asking if this place is well known then no, considering at it's peak it only had around 200 accounts logged in and 1500 lukers before the .co domain got shut down.

depends on what boards you go on, I came mainly from r9k which was pretty much the defacto incel/neet board when I started using it.
After a while I got tired of seeing all of the normalfags, tranny shit, and race bait and moved over here.
But like reddit there are some good small hobby boards that are pretty cool if you're into that stuff but the larger boards like /pol/, /v/, /a/, and /r9k/ are pretty cancer at times.

I think this place will become more known mainstream.
There are youtube vids of foids and normies reacting to the posts on here lol, you might have seen them.

I lurk and read posts on 4Chan [since 2012] but never post there myself, 4Chan started going down the drains in 2016 when the Trump and C.I.A. fags started invading the place. Now when you read the posts there is a bunch of gays and trannies invading the place currently, it's what happens to a good website that gains notoriety when all the degenerate filth start invading.

I only lurk on /pol/ though, what I really miss is 8Chan which was way better but of course they got the axe.
