I had one GP, he is a great photographer, but has lousy manners.

Since I went back to being a mentalcel by choice, I had another doctor at the medical clinic try to convince me that my psychopharmaceutical choice needed a psychiatrist to provide therapy.

It's doubtful a shrink would allow me to be self directed about my mental health, seeing as few of them actually trust any patient who is confident about their choices in medication.

So I agree with you about doctors. HMOs and health insurance in the US would probably not approve of how I treat the mental health issue I have.

However, I dwell in the pinko nation of Canada, and the meds come free.
