I like the idea of having to do heavy cardio only to stop at a spot, having to shoot five targets far away.

While you are gasping for air, shaking, you have to keep calm, hold still and hit the targets.

It is a modern version of a hunt, in a way.

I guess that is why many people are drawn to this.

Skiing looks fun. I've always wanted to try it, as well as ice skating.

Only remotely similar "sport" I've ever engaged in is rollerblading as a teenager.

Not sure how well those skills would translate for the former.
