Total war games are a bit extensive, and GTA 5 is very much so but can be downscaled alot. You'd probably be fine with those games at like medium to low settings.

You could build yourself 2400G or 200GE based PC that's able to run games on decent settings giving decent frame times.
Btw check didn't you plug monitor to motherboard connector(because it's wired to iGPU display manager)

Well, idk how bad prices in your country are, but i built mini-pc based on 2400G with 8Gb and everything else(PSU, etc; except storage) for ~400$.
And i think 2400G with integrated graphics mogs this PC. Probably you even could buy something more powerful like new Core i3(that now has 4 cores, without HT but anyway not worse than i7 SB) with GTX 1050\1050Ti and 8gb of DDR4(2x4Gb) for ~400-500$
It takes months from me to get 500$
I gave the technician the PC and he took out the motherboard. I see games like fifa18 and black ops ghost on it and i think what he put in it was the shitty one. Might have to scam someone else to get my money back. Idk i dont feel too mad
