I want to make my IQ bigger it is 78 IQ RIGHT now. Is there any food I can’t eat or brain stretch exercises to increase 78 IQ

Not iq but there’s thing that help increase acetylcholine: alpha gpc and huperzine are good

It’s over for your IQ. Go back to teethrotmaxxing

OP loves rotting his teeth, still no pics from him so maybe it’s just some dumb larp

JFL if its true then he must really be 78 iq

Yeah fluoride pills. Too bad they protect your teethies

try and study some more it unironically helps your brain develop.

other than that nothing works.

It does. When I started studying pure mathematics, I pretty much didn't understand anything. That was the first time I encountered hard problems that I really had to solve. So I adapted and taught myself how to break any problem down into smaller ones. How to spot the exact parts that I don't understand and then figure out why that is. My accuracy when formulating proofs was terrible as well. I remember how I couldn't present the simplest proofs to my classmates because it was all messed up in my brain. I got the proof, I knew that and I saw the key steps, but still, it was kind of like a 10-step back and forth until I got to my goal. Most of these steps were actually redundant. But I got a lot better and now when I'm really trying I have many strategies to clean up my thought process, I can check myself to achieve a higher accuracy, simplify my ideas, and so on.

Outside of studying hard stuff I found that stimulants speed up my brain. ADHD medication makes me more focused on the task I'm doing. But they don't make me any smarter or better at problem-solving.

you're right you can actually score really high in IQ tests if you study the patterns or shapes they introduce to you in tests. There is really no legit way to measure someone's intelligence everyone is capable of remembering and thinking critically by studying their environment or learning from experience, and ADHD medications are just there to stimulate your receptors and not increase your intelligence.

try reading books lol. No one who isnt disabled is just born stupid

Unfortunately, IQ is mostly determined at birth. Your mother's diet while you were in the womb is the biggest determining factor to your IQ at birth. Stuff like doing math while growing up will stimulate your brain to develop more, but not by much.

Do you drink coffee? It can improve cognition

Where? I missed it

They're overstating it, although you wouldn't think so.

Eat brain to become intelligent.

Eat heart if you have heart problems.

Eat liver if you're having liver problems.

Eat kidney if you have kidney problems.

Eat testicles if you have low testosterone.

You get the idea.

When Covid pandemic started and conservatives were busy promoting various supplements to protect yourself against it, I picked up a book by Linus Pauling about vitamin C and started reading it.

Megadosing on vitamin C, which authors considers to be taking "normal doses", increased results of IQ tests of patients by a few points. Turns out, IQ is not a constant but a a floating number. Your IQ might go up and it might go down. Who knows how high or low.

I have a screenshot of that graph on my phone somewhere.

Most of you are intelligence is inherent. You were born a excess male and your parents should have never reproduced. However, I would suggest you eat more protein and take multivitamins and omega three fatty acid tablets, These can influence brain activity And function. I would like to know, do you use drugs and alcohol?

My mother drank when she was pregnant with me. I think I may have a good mental capacity. I do have appreciation for intelligent things I just can't act upon them.
